I try to make investment and financial literature readable and interesting – breaking up the typically dry and technical content that retail clients are left to grapple with across the wealth management industry. To do this, I have a background in communications layered with various financial qualifications and eight years’ industry experience. I have written and edited a wide range of content for both established and emerging financial institutions across a broad range of channels.
My technical investment content includes market and performance updates, personal finance articles, impact investing blogs, interviews with financial experts and investment strategy thought pieces.
I also have extensive experience of writing broader content for investment managers, including articles on millennials, philanthropy and women.
My broader communications experience has allowed me to write various non-technical content, including press releases, award submissions (PAM, STEP and CityWealth) and internal communications.
I have been freelance for two years and very much enjoy the breadth of copy that my clients commission. The positive feedback I have received validates my efforts!
I am always happy to meet for a coffee and exchange ideas about content and comms strategies.
